Castor & Pollux is a creative building agency. We are the hub of your building project for all things creative, financial and execution related. Think of us like a trusted guide during the journey of the building process. This is our 282nd rodeo. We have done it many times and will be there with you at the end.

Castor and Pollux, the legendary twin brothers of Greek mythology, symbolize loyalty, partnership, and sacrifice. Though Pollux was immortal and Castor mortal, the two were inseparable heroes celebrated for their courage and brotherhood.

When Castor was killed in battle, Pollux refused to live eternally without him and asked Zeus to let them remain together forever. Moved by his devotion, Zeus united them in the heavens as the constellation Gemini, where the twin stars Castor and Pollux continue to represent enduring connection, trust, and shared purpose.

We’re drawn to projects that create experience, connection, and a strong sense of place. We are hired for the projects that need magic. Most of our work falls into three broad categories - though the best projects usually blur the lines between them.

Hospitality.


Hotels, members clubs, restaurants, bars, wineries, and gathering spaces built to make people feel something. We love projects rooted in atmosphere, storytelling, and experience - places that invite people to stay a little longer.

Housing.


Apartments, condominiums, branded residences, and the occasional home for someone chasing something special. We believe housing should feel human, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the way people actually want to live.

Mixed-Use & Everything In Between.


The layered, complicated, exciting projects that combine public space, hospitality, housing, retail, master planning, and brand development into something larger than the sum of its parts. These are often the projects where the weird, quirky, and unexpectedly fun ideas find their way in - and honestly, those are usually our favorite.

      how does C&P work?      

we typically partner in four ways …

  • Hiring C&P as a Scout means you want us to explore. To move into uncharted territory, test ideas, challenge assumptions, make a few mistakes, and uncover what’s possible. Sometimes that means working independently; other times it means assembling the right creative partners around the table.

    Scout projects are about discovery. They often take shape as concept designs, programming, early brand foundations, sketches, strategy sessions, and creative musings. But most importantly, they help define who the customer is and why the hell they would care enough to come to this project in the first place.

  • Co-Pilot projects are true partnerships. In these engagements, C&P works side-by-side with owners, developers, operators, or design teams to help guide the project forward.

    Sometimes that means strategic navigation. Sometimes it means getting our hands deep into the controls. We scale our involvement based on what the project needs most.

    On Co-Pilot projects, we are often brought in to help align the design, brand, and creative direction into a singular vision. In hospitality projects specifically, we frequently oversee procurement and support pre-opening execution as well.

    We help keep the plane in the air — and pointed toward something meaningful.

  • For the right partners (true friends) and the right kick-ass project, we take on the full enchilada.

    Captain projects place C&P at the helm from start to finish. We lead the vision, guide the strategy, manage the moving pieces, and bring together the right partners to execute at the highest level.

    This can include design leadership, planning, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, brand foundation, value engineering, documentation, execution, and opening or sale. We captain the ship using a mix of internal systems, trusted collaborators, and relentless attention to detail.

    We take the wheel and get the project where it’s meant to go.

  • Not every project fits neatly into a category - and honestly, we like it that way.

    Handyman projects are typically smaller, fast-moving, highly practical engagements. The “can you just help get this done?” type of work. One-offs. Fixes. Creative problem-solving. Boots-on-the-ground support.

    We’re happy to jump in. And more often than not, you’ll probably find us out there doing it ourselves.
